How to Enroll: 5 Easy Steps

Step 1: Forms

Fill out and send us an Enrollment Form and a Family and Student Information Sheet. Payment options are listed on the Enrollment Form; your enrollment will not be valid until we receive payment.

Step 2: Testing

We recommend that your students take diagnostic tests in order to accurately determine their placement in our math and language arts curriculum. This testing is strongly recommended for students in grades 2-8; for students in grades 9-12 it is necessary only if the student has a learning disability or has been out of school for some time. The cost of diagnostic tests (not included in enrollment fee) is $8.00 to $16.00 per student, plus shipping and handling.       
For subjects other than math and language arts, we determine placement by looking at the reading total grade equivalent from a recent achievement test. If your students have not been tested recently, we offer achievement tests at $25.00 to $35.00 per student.

Step 3: Ordering

After you have the results of the placement tests, you are ready to order your curriculum. If you need help, someone from the School Department will be glad to assist you.

Step 4: Credit Records

If a student has already earned high school credits in another school, obtain these records as soon as possible. They will help us determine which courses the student will need to take in our program, based on the type of diploma he is working toward.

Step 5: Prepare for the Year
