Ordering Questions
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Yes—if the order has not already been processed. Call us at (800) 776-0478 or email orders@christianlight.org. If you are adding to your order, we will need payment information.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as payment options on the website. Preapproved accounts can order online and pay by open invoice.

Can I place an order to be held for payment by check?

Not on the website.  Call us to place these orders.

May I return a product for a refund?

Before returning any material, contact the Order Department for a return authorization number. Write the number on the outside of the package. All returns should be in saleable condition to receive credit (original condition and current edition). Non-saleable items will be disposed of by Christian Light. US customers should allow up to 30 days to process your return; Canadian and foreign customers should allow up to 60 days.

 

We do not issue credit for shipping fees, COD fees, or sample packets.

Credit will be given as follows for books and curriculum:

Postmarked by 45 days:                                   100% credit

Postmarked between 45-90 days: 50% credit

After 90 days:                                  No credit

Sunday school materials:                                50% credit

Story papers subscriptions:                           100% credit for remainder of subscription.

If the diagnostic tests are free, why is there a price listed with them?

You can order printed copies of the test for $2.00 each, but the file is available to be printed for free. The download link is listed on the page with the diagnostic tests.
